The three pillars of Skydive the Expo run through the whole weekend: learn through education and professional development; connect skydivers, drop zones and industry partners; and support the sport’s growth through new products, industry insight, partnerships and wider opportunities.

From students and newly qualified jumpers to experienced skydivers, coaches, instructors, riggers, DZ owners and managers, there is a place for you at Expo. Manufacturers, retailers and organisations join us to share knowledge and support our community.

Friday’s expanded Education and Safety programme offers learning for every stage of your skydiving journey, alongside tailored professional and drop zone leadership content. Saturday brings the community together for the AGM, awards, talks, exhibition, keynote and prize giving.

Education and Safety
for every level

Learn, ask questions, and build confidence through briefings, safety talks, practical learning, coaching, and professional guidance. Everyone is welcome, from students and newly qualified jumpers to experienced skydivers. Refreshments throughout the day and lunch provided.

Foundations

Learning for students and skydivers in the early stages of progression.

Progression

Skills, decision-making,  learning and discipline-specific safety.

Professional practice

Tailored content for instructors, coaches and riggers.

Drop zone leadership

A planned agency stream for DZ owners and managers: responsibilities, people management, workplace safety, insurance, risk and operational guidance.

Topics, speakers, external agencies and any certificates or accreditation remain subject to confirmation.

Your Friday ticket includes

Access to a full day of high-quality educational and safety talks delivered by British Skydiving staff and instructors, alongside experienced specialists from across the UK and around the world. These sessions are designed specifically for those attending in person and will not be recorded or published online afterwards.

Connect through the exhibition, AGM, awards, talks and keynote. Share ideas and experience, discover new products and industry insight, and explore partnerships that support the sport’s growth.

Saturday night at the Expo

The party starts at 7pm. Everyone is invited.

The Expo does not end when the exhibition closes. Stay for a proper dropzone-style party with live entertainment, music and the chance to celebrate with the UK skydiving community.

There is no additional charge for the Saturday night party. Advance registration will be required once booking opens.

Band and entertainment

Enjoy live music and entertainment as the Expo moves into Saturday evening.

Late

DJ and dancing

The DJ takes the party into the night, with plenty of time to catch up, dance and celebrate.

Optional Saturday upgrade

Gala Dinner

Book a place at the optional Gala Dinner, held in a separate space while the main party gets underway. Dinner guests can join the party afterwards, so nobody misses the celebrations.

Friday evening

Friday buffet

Start the weekend with an informal buffet and the chance to meet exhibitors, speakers and other attendees before Saturday’s main event.

The Saturday party is free. The Gala Dinner and Friday buffet are optional ticketed events and must be booked in advance. Menus, prices and ticket choices are included in the registration form. Accommodation is booked separately with the hotel.
